At NuttZo, I was responsible for launching and scaling the brand’s affiliate marketing program from the ground up. I developed the strategy, recruited key influencers, and created content guidelines that aligned with the brand’s voice. Through targeted outreach and building strong partnerships, I grew the affiliate network significantly, attracting a diverse group of ambassadors who authentically represented the brand.

In just six months, the affiliate-driven revenue saw a 40% increase, demonstrating the effectiveness of the program. I worked closely with influencers to provide them with exclusive promo codes, early product releases, and tailored content, helping them drive sales and engagement. By fostering authentic relationships with ambassadors, I helped establish a strong, engaged community that truly resonated with the NuttZo brand.

This experience taught me how to effectively build and scale an affiliate program, track performance, and continuously optimize strategies to maximize both revenue and brand visibility.
